Housing 
  • Town Affordable Housing Plan implementation.
  • Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) promotion.
  • Improved housing options (with P&Z & Planning Department).

State Legislature
  •  Expansion of State tax exemptions on retirement income.
  • Fixes to current program inequities.
  • Strengthened programs supporting vulnerable seniors.
  • Evaluation of program costs & benefits.

  •  Expanded use of Town voter/assessor data.
  • Plan to integrate complementary data from other sources.

Age-Friendly Community Initiative
  • Planning/scheduling of AFC program phases.
  • Community outreach and education.
  • Working Advisory Group organization.
  • Survey/data collection process.
  • Evaluation of resource needs.

Communications and Outreach
  •  Ex Strengthened engagement with Town and State players.
  • In-person meetings (including Bigelow Center and Library).
