Draft Vision for Fairfield

     The Town has embarked on the Age-Friendly process through coordinated discussions and efforts among the Town administration, its departments, advocacy groups, community associations, businesses, faith-based groups, as well as individual residents. The journey will pay significant dividends in cementing an Age-Friendly community culture that offers Fairfielders a path through life’s various stages as well as strengthened cross-generation and community bonds. From the enhance ability to capitalize on the collective talents of Town residents our seniors will be able to retire in the community in which they have spent their working years and quality of life will be enhanced for all ages.
